Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
Please take the time to check out our returns terms and conditions before making a purchase online.
Returns will not be accepted unless you have emailed firstname.lastname@example.org with your reason for return - and have had a reply.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We do not provide refunds (where applicable) unless your original order is out of stock and/or cannot be replaced.
In the event you need to exchange items due to sizing issue, please contact email@example.com and wait for a response before you send your parcel back to us.
Please follow the same format. Please ensure that you fill out your returns form with the order number and tax invoice number. We are not responsible for duties or taxes or any other fees when sending back to us.
You must return your items to the address above within the 12 day period from the day your order was placed.
- Items must not be worn, altered or washed.
- Items must be returned in new and unused condition and have all tags and original packaging attached.
- Please note that the shipping charges or any related expenses (customs fees, etc) cannot be refunded.
- Please note all shipping of returns are at the expense of the customer.
- Until the return item is received at Arch Angel Records it is your responsibility. We recommend using track and trace.
We offer a maximum of 2 exchanges after your original order.
If we cannot repair or replace the item, then a refund will be offered. We will only refund if the original product/s are out of stock and/or non replaceable.
All delivery methods require a signature from the customer upon receipt of the parcel. If there is no one available to accept your order, you will need to contact the relevant carrier to arrange pick up (often from the carrier’s depot) or re-delivery. Arch Angel Records accepts no liability for any loss, damage, cost or expense (including any indirect or consequential loss or damage) to you or any other person that is caused by missed deliveries or re-delivery.
Package the return items along with your completed returns form.
Until an item is received, it is your responsibility.
We do not offer refunds unless your original product/s is out of stock and/or non replaceable.
We do not offer 'change of mind' refunds.
If you want a refund (where applicable) exchanges must be done within the 12 day period from when the order was placed.
Refunds & Processing Time
If your package arrives at Arch Angel Records within the 12 - day timeline specified above, your refund (where applicable), or exchange will be processed within 24 hours (Excluding weekends and public holidays). You will be notified via email to the email address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your bank may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Arch Angel Records. Please allow up to 3 – 5 working day before contacting us.

All New Zealand shipments generally take 1-3 working days from day of dispatch.

Worldwide shipments generally take 5-14 working days depending on location.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country and are to be paid for by the recipient of the order. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
